The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and excellent attention to detail. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, being just a short walk away from the Therms. Our room was comfortable, with a double bed and basic amenities provided. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, with options for different tastes.
No room for improvement, everything was okay.

The staff is very friendly. The room is modern and comfortable, but would replace the glass tables, very impractical ( but that's whining on a high level ;) )
The breakfast has not much choice, in the Hotel Therme there was more. It was also not refilled and the Kiris had expired. There is no direct access to the bathroom, this is very bad. For a longer stay I would choose another hotel, unfortunately the Therme is currently being renovated.

The hotel location is great with nice, leafy grounds and an easy three-minute walk to the Therms. We enjoyed the good restaurant and excellent chef who served some of the best food we've ever had. the room was large, comfortable, and very clean.
The hotel staff needs improvement as the check-in process left a lot to be desired, and we were given wrong information about nearby restaurants.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location. Breakfast offers custom eggs and a self-serve coffee machine. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to the thermal baths.
Unpleasant odor and stuffy rooms. Unfortunately, the room had a bad smell and there was no way to open the window slightly.

Access to the thermal bath and the playground across the hotel. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and provided useful information. Breakfast was great, and I could order custom eggs and make coffee on my own.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Celebrating the New Year in this hotel was the best decision we made! the nearby hot springs were a great way to relax and the hotel provided plush towels and robes for our use. the restaurant served customized eggs at breakfast and the self-serve coffee machine was a hit with our entire group.
